Where zones overlap, the one whose centre is nearest the player wins, as in the mod. The bar under the map shows which zone applies wherever you point.
Save this as NasdaraHardcore_TemperatureZones/config.json in the server's profile folder (profiles_HardcoreDesert), as UTF-8 without a BOM, then restart the server. The mod reads it once at start.
